COSTAS PIERI

Managing Director
Costas began his career in sales and worked in the communications and healthcare sectors before specialising in the construction industry. Costas held high-level positions for various nationwide recruitment companies primarily specialising in recruiting in the mechanical and electrical sector. Costas continues to work closely with both UK and International clients on major projects across London and since founding OSP Group he has been passing on his experience to his growing team of new consultants.

Matthew Wood

MATTHEW WOOD

Associate Director
Matt joined OSP in its infancy in May 2015 and has seen it grow from a small passionate M&E recruitment company to the rapidly growing, well-respected construction recruitment company it is today. Matthew has been a key figure in the growth of OSP, having established key relationships with some of OSP’s largest clients. His weekends are filled with DIY or attending Arsenal.

Antony Holdcroft

ANTONY HOLDCROFT

Construction Manager
Antony has focused on the recruitment sector for nine years and joined the OSP team in March 2017 to manage the construction division of the business. He has since opened a new office in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, and has ambitious expansion plans for developing the business further. Antony likes to spend his spare time with his fiancée and daughter, going for walks and watching Tottenham Hotspur.

Operations Director
James has worked in recruitment for over ten years; he joined OSP in 2016 and brings with him considerable experience and knowledge having specialised in the M&E recruitment market. James has excelled since joining OSP, quickly becoming a leading member of the team. During his spare time, James likes spending time with his wife, daughter and little dog.

Andreas Pieri

Managing Consultant
Andreas has excelled at managing some of OSP’s largest clients. He has taken a lead role in the office, managing day-to-day duties and assisting with resourcing. Andreas has proven himself as a valued member of the team and an asset to OSP. During his spare time, Andreas likes to spend time watching football or going to live music gigs.

Resourcing Manager
Alina joined OSP in August 2016 and has quickly become a very valued member of staff. Her work ethic and energy have enabled her to develop a very good understanding of the expectations of OSP’s client base. Her management of OSP’s temporary workforce has been exemplary and she has a very bright future at OSP. In Alina’s spare time she likes to go for long country walks with her husband and their little dog.

Industrial Manager
Dan has extensive experience in recruitment for the industrial sector and thorough knowledge of the local economy. He focuses on giving clients and candidates expert advice and pro-active support. Dan enjoys sports and is a keen Arsenal fan.

Senior Consultant
Lee comes to the OSP Group with a wealth of recruitment experience. Lee is currently heading up our Technical recruitment division and has recruited across the globe, from Australia to New Zealand and back to the United Kingdom. Lee is a keen football fan and is a Tottenham supporter.

Industrial Consultant
Quinn has a strong background in Industrial Recruitment and joined the Colchester team in July 2020. Quinn’s personal approach, strong work ethic and focus on quality has made him a real asset to the team. In his free time, Quinn enjoys regularly attending the gym and plays for Maldon Rugby club.
