GETTING THE BRIEF RIGHT

We aim to get a very clear brief from you on what you require so that we can determine the exact scale and nature of the resources you need.

SOLUTION

We have an extensive proprietary database of qualified and screened candidates enabling us to make the best possible recommendations for you. We help you to understand the rationale for our recommendations and the particular candidates we propose. We will agree with you the solution in terms of the number and type of personnel, duration on site, budget and contractual arrangements. The brief may be for a single worker required on a site for a day, resourcing for an entire project over a two year period or permanent employment. Whatever the brief our methodology is rigorous and consistent.
